Just tap the ▶ button on any task to start its timer: a Mini-Player appears at the bottom of the screen showing the live elapsed time. You can pause or stop it at any time. As soon as you check the task off as done, the timer stops automatically and the actual time is compared to your initial estimate.
From Settings → Backup, connect your Google account and tap "Back up." Your local database is copied to
the private drive.appdata folder in your own Google Drive — inaccessible from the regular
Drive app. To restore on a new device, install TasksToDo, sign in with the same Google account, then tap
"Restore."
TasksToDo provides two Premium options designed for your needs:

All purchases are handled securely via Google Play Billing.
No. Your tasks, goals, and time logs are stored exclusively in the local SQLite database on your device: the Publisher has no access to it. Only the text description of a goal you voluntarily submit to the AI generator is sent, encrypted and ephemerally, to the language model provider — and is never archived. More details in our Privacy Policy.
Describe a goal in natural language (e.g., "Organize a house move"): the AI proposes a structured, editable list of subtasks that you can add to your day in one tap. The Free plan includes one trial generation; Premium unlocks unlimited generations.
Yes, TasksToDo is built offline-first: task management, time tracking, and the Pomodoro timer all work entirely offline. A connection is only needed for the AI generator, Google Drive backup/restore, and validating a Google Play purchase.
